2024年6月，长三角医院联盟与上海长三角智慧医药科技创新促进中心，即健康中国—智慧医药创新联盟（简称创盟）达成战略合作。双方充分发挥各自领域拥有的优势资源和经验，探索将长三角高水平优质医疗资源（优势学科、先进医疗技术和研究）与医院供应链管理、药事服务、医疗信息技术领域的科技创新实践相结合，打造长三角地区智慧医药领域协同改革的样板。合作内容包括：创新医院供应链管理、指定智慧医药服务标准、加强医疗科技信息交流及临床药学研究等，探索具有长三角区域特色的临床药学科研转化模式。
